When to submit your application
The Helvetic Business School operates on a rolling admissions basis, which means that there is no specific enrolment period. However, applicants are required to submit the completed application form as well as all submitted all academic records and applicable fees a minimum of ten weeks before the start of each term.
This ensures that applicants have enough time to complete the admission process, visa applications, and arrive in time for the start of their term.

It is important that all academic records, as well as the application fees, are received by HBS a minimum of ten weeks prior to the start of each term.
To reserve a place at HBS, prospective students must submit the Registration Fee within 30 days.
Making and Submitting Your Application
We understand that filling out your application can be confusing and frustrating at times. Therefore, if you have any questions or encounter any obstacles, please feel free to reach out to us. Our dedicated team will guide through the steps to ensure you successfully submit a complete application.
Confirming Enrollment
  • Students who do not require a Swiss residence permit are confirmed for enrollment when they have paid the registration fee.
  • Students requiring a Swiss residence permit must pay at least half of the tuition and fees to have their enrollment confirmed.
Transfer of Credits
HBS may accept transfer credits from other recognized and accredited colleges and universities. Advanced placement (AP) credits obtained at the high school level may be applied to an undergraduate program.

  • Transfer credits may only be awarded for a grade of C (76%) or higher.
Examples of where transfer credits have been awarded in the past are often 13th year programs such as the International Baccalaureate (IB), College-Level Examination Program (CLEP), College Entrance Examination Board (CEEB) and GCSE A-Levels.

  • All graduating students must complete at least half of their course Academic Credit requirements at HBS.

  • The Admissions Office at the Helvetic Business School in Switzerland provides guidance and necessary support throughout the admission process, visa procedure, and registration upon arrival to Switzerland.
  • HBS Office of Admissions will consider all completed applications and contact applicants within a reasonable period of time, as soon as a decision has been made.

    Furthermore, applicants must complete all the admission process steps, including submitting the completed application form and all the required documents.
