As an Educationist, she is always looking for creative ways to connect with her students in actual as well as Virtual Learning Environment. Dr. Bakshi's teaching style emphasizes gamification and perceptual learning. Mrs. Licia Galluccio is a seasoned project management expert with over 12 years of professional experience in the cosmetic industry, working with leading international organizations. Her extensive background in marketing, economics, and administration, coupled with her master's degree in Marketing Management, has solidified her reputation as a key player in the fields of product development.
Mrs. Galluccio's areas of specialization include project management, product and packaging development, account management and event organization. Throughout her career, Mrs. Galluccio has successfully managed complex product development projects, leading cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results. Her strategic insights and meticulous attention to detail have contributed to the successful launch of numerous products in highly competitive markets. Katarzyna Grzesik-Harz
Katarzyna Grzesik-Harz has been working in the field of Intercultural Management since 2017.
In her workshops, she meets the needs of well-established professionals from the corporate world as well as students preparing to work successfully across borders. Her intercultural programs are based on recognized, management consulting techniques as well as concepts and methods from the field of intercultural communication. She follows the approach of gamification to enhance students’ engagement in the class. Furthermore, she applies experiential learning to create sustainable learning effects going beyond the course duration.
She started her professional career in 2001 by working in Germany as a Business Process Consultant. She continued as a Project Manager by running various IT and business process implementation projects which demonstrated her analytical and organizational competence. Katarzyna is fluent in Polish, English, German, and French and works in all those languages. She is an expert on Polish, German, and Swiss (over linguistic borders) culture and is well immersed in the multicultural environment of the Geneva Lake region. Katarzyna is an active member of SIETAR (Society for Intercultural Education Training and Research).
She believes in female leadership and empowerment and is the Executive Vice-President of the OWIT Lake Geneva (Organization of Women in International Trade).
In terms of educational background, Katarzyna has a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication from USI Università della Svizzera Italiana and a second Master’s degree in European Studies – European Law, Economics and Culture from the Adam Mickiewicz University.
Dr. Artur Decurtins
Meet Dr. Artur Decurtins, a highly experienced and accomplished faculty member at our business school.
With a background in legal advisory, mediation, and law courses, Dr. Decurtins brings a wealth of expertise to the classroom in the field of business law. Having served as the president of a labor law court, he has a vast understanding of labor law, human resources, and handling critical situations.
Dr. Decurtins is also a certified trainer, federal exam expert, lecturer for law, seminar designer, and trainer. His knowledge and skills extend to the banking industry, particularly credits and recovery of bad debts. Fluent in French, German, English, Italian, and Romontsch, Dr. Decurtins is a multilingual professional, making him a valuable asset to our international student body. As a member of several boards of directors and foundation boards, Dr. Decurtins has been recognized for his leadership and contributions to the business community.
Dr. Patrick Lehner
Dr. Patrick Lehner has been the first young director appointed as the Head of the French-Swiss Chamber of Commerce to create a subsidiary in Zurich. Since 2002, Dr. Lehner has been managing a professional association in the computer science business as well as a regional exhibition in this industry.
Furthermore, he has been teaching at various private universities in Switzerland bringing a wealth of experience as well as using his industry experience to guide students towards a successful career. Dr. Patrick Lehner holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, MSC in General Management from ESCP-Europe, and a Master of Research (DEA) in Human Resources Management and Social Relations from University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.
Dr. Mario Saba
With a strong focus on information systems, Dr. Saba has been an active lecturer at various higher education institutions globally since 2009. He has contributed to undergraduate and postgraduate programs, sharing his knowledge and insights with students. Dr. Saba also contributes to the development of new programs and modules through coaching, ensuring the creation of impactful and relevant educational content.
Throughout his career, Dr. Saba has had the opportunity to lecture at esteemed institutions such as the Glion Institute of Higher Education, Washington State University, the University of Derby, Business School Lausanne and the American Institute of Applied Sciences in Switzerland. Some of which he is still currently teaching at. This extensive experience has further honed his teaching skills and provided him with a broad perspective on the field. In addition to his teaching role, Dr. Saba has been actively involved in advisory services, leveraging applied research to foster competitive advantage and innovation. Dr. Suzanne Rosselet
Dr. Rosselet is a highly accomplished faculty member with an impressive educational background and extensive experience in the field of economics and international investment strategy. Having served as a state advisor in Switzerland on international investment strategy, Dr. Rosselet brings real-world experience and insights to her teaching role.
Her areas of specialization include national and corporate competitiveness, sustainable economic development, and strategic investment for global companies. She actively engages in teaching Executive Education programs and contributes to the Sino-Swiss Management Training Program for Sustainable Development in China. She excels in helping executives navigate the challenges presented by today's rapidly changing global landscape.
As a member of the Duke Corporate Education Global Learning Resource Network, Dr. Rosselet stays connected with a global network of professionals and maintains a pulse on industry trends. She has also published extensively on global trends and competitiveness, further establishing her as a thought leader in her field.

Dr. Giuseppe Catenazzo

Dr Giuseppe Catenazzo is the Dean of Academics at Helvetic Business School, Head of Research & Adjunct Lecturer at the American Institute of Applied Sciences in Switzerland, and an External Lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland (HEG & HEPIA Geneva, HEIG-VD Yverdon-les-Bains). He is also a Research Fellow and Visiting Lecturer at Glion Institute of Higher Education, a leading world institution for hospitality education.
An Italian and Swiss citizen, Giuseppe speaks several languages. He studied in Switzerland (PhD in Management), France (Masters' in Management and Research), the United Kingdom (PGCert in Applied Environmental Economics) and Italy (Bachelor's in Economics and Management). He is also a Certified Management & Business Educator (CMBE), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), and a Certified Member of the Market Research Society (CMRS) in the United Kingdom.
Dr Catenazzo is also an editor of international research books; his research on quality perceptions, service recovery, and complaining behaviour has been published in Production Planning and Control, the International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, and the Journal of Consumer Satisfaction, Dissatisfaction & Complaining Behavior.
Bartosz Czajka
Bartosz Czajka is a seasoned airline manager and independent aviation expert with extensive experience in airline strategy, restructuring, commercial activities, and alliances.
He holds a Master’s Degree in International Trade and Marketing from Poznań University of Economics and Business, class of 2000. His professional development includes specialized training such as Project Management Professional Training, the Boeing Airline Planning Seminar, and EY Internal Audit Training.
With 14 years of experience at LOT Polish Airlines, Bartosz played a pivotal role in the company’s transformation. As Fleet Strategy Director and Network and Alliances Director, he successfully led network and fleet restructuring efforts. He also managed key strategic projects, including the implementation of the "5 Pillars" strategy and IPO preparation, collaborating with major global investment banks.
Bartosz has held leadership positions in the industry, including Chief Executive Officer of Small Planet Airlines, Poland's largest charter airline at the time, and Business Development Manager Europe at Avenger Flight Group. Additionally, he served as a Senior Consultant at Lufthansa Systems and a Project Manager at Star Alliance Services in Frankfurt, Germany.
Most recently, Bartosz has been sharing his expertise as a lecturer at Coventry University Campus in Wrocław, Poland, where he teaches Aviation Strategy and Finance.
An active voice in the aviation industry, Bartosz regularly comments on industry developments on social media and has published numerous articles on aircraft economics and strategic fit on various specialist aviation platforms.
Prof. Jonatan Zimenkov
Prof. Jonatan Zimenkov is a distinguished expert in economics and financial management, bringing a wealth of experience from the world of finance and macroeconomic policy. Currently, he serves as Senior Vice President at a private bank in the CIS where he oversees the liquidity and risk management at the treasury as well as the integration of new emerging technologies that bridge the gap between traditional banking and digital assets. His leadership has been instrumental in guiding mergers, acquisitions, artificial intelligence integration, and the bank’s strategic expansion across Euroasia.
Beyond banking, Prof. Zimenkov is a lead investor and advisor of multiple UHNWI family offices, where he helps build and manage diversified portfolios of successful investments across Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia, often in conjunction with global investment banking firms. In addition, Prof. Zimenkov has also advised country and industry leaders on critical economic reforms and macroeconomic policies.
Prof. Zimenkov’s diverse and global experience in high-level management and finance brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his students. He is dedicated to present the workings of academic theory in real-world application as well as demonstrating the delta in between to empower the next generation of leaders in finance and business.
Prof. Zimenkov’s academic achievements reflect a deep commitment to understanding global financial systems and international relations. He holds a Bachelor degree in Global Financial Management and a Master’s degree in International Relations and a Doctorate in Business Administration.
Ana Lelescu
Mrs. Ana Lelescu is a Romanian-American with over 25 years of business and academic experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects with up to $ 12M in business revenue. She studied, worked, and lived in the United States of America for 30 years. She holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois, published 11 patents, and over 16 conference papers. Ana worked for the IBM corporation in Silicon Valley, California, for the past 17 years in different roles across several departments, including Research, Watson Health, and Human Resource Management, engaging with several venture capitalists, educators, and technical leaders to leverage top emerging technologies through IBM’s ecosystem.
Jessie Yan
Jessie Yan is a seasoned executive and academic with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, policy analysis, and organizational development. Over the past two decades, she has held leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies and global non-profit organizations, including the World Economic Forum, GAVI, WBCSD, Dell, and General Mills. In these roles, she has focused on forging public-private partnerships, fostering thought leadership, and driving sustainability-oriented corporate strategies.
In academia, Jessie has taught and served on the Dean's Advisory Board at Oxford Brookes University, and she has also led the Department of Trade and Management at the International University in Geneva. Her research interests lie in organizational studies, leadership, and sustainable development, with a particular passion for how organizational structures and leadership dynamics can drive sustainable practices and social change. Her work aims to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application, contributing to the development of innovative strategies that promote long-term sustainability and organizational effectiveness.
Jessie holds an Executive Master in Global Leadership from the World Economic Forum, completed in collaboration with Yale University, Columbia University, the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, INSEAD, and the London Business School. She also earned an MBA, graduating with Distinction in her dissertation, and an M.Sc. in Business Enterprise from Oxford Brookes University in the U.K. Currently, she is pursuing an Executive PhD at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, where she is advancing her research on democratized innovation and public-private partnerships.
